Marmite and Ebony are both looking tatty. Marmite has a mass of pins on her head and Ebony has loose feathers and under feathers showing.
These two girls both look odd in their own way. It will be good to see them both fully feathered again.

Aw they do look sad – apparently giving them protein will make their feather up quicker. xx
They do look a bit sad. They have sunflower hearts every morning and I have some fish to give them tomorrow. They are feathering up okay but this in between bit always looks the worse. Spangle is dropping white feathers and yet she doesn’t look any different at the moment. xx
They do look tatty, but will soon be back, their lovely selves.
Yes, they will soon be all feathered up, ready for the worst of the winter weather.
It’s good that they should be ‘done’ before the worst of the weather arrives.
